Terms of Service
Mutual rights and obligations, set out in plain language and without unnecessary length.
1. Parties and scope
Jazari (the "Service") is an AI-assisted software development tool. By creating an account or using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The Service is offered to users aged 18 and over.
2. Scope of the Service
The Service supports writing, reading, editing and executing code. It operates through our model infrastructure and does not require you to supply an API key. It accesses files on your device and executes commands to the extent you authorise; you determine which operations require approval.
3. AI output
Language models can produce incorrect output. Generated code may fail to compile, contain security vulnerabilities or not fulfil the intended function. Assessing the accuracy and security of output, and testing it before deployment to production, is the user's responsibility.
4. Account and payment
Securing the account is the user's responsibility. The Service is offered on a prepaid basis: a plan is purchased, a usage quota is allocated and each request draws from that quota according to model capacity. Prices may be updated; the price remains fixed for any period already paid. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible on-chain.
5. Usage restrictions
The Service may not be used for unlawful activity, in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties, to develop malicious software or to gain access to unauthorised systems. Circumventing the usage quota with automated tools and reselling the Service are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended in the event of a breach.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or indirect damages. Our total liability may not exceed the amount paid to us in the twelve-month period preceding the claim. Intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer protection rights are reserved.
7. Changes and governing law
We reserve the right to amend these terms; material changes are announced before they take effect. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For details of our data processing practices, please review the Privacy page.
